These terms govern your use of Plotify and this website, operated by PRO EXPERTS LTD. By using Plotify, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Mandatory consumer and data-protection rights are not limited by these terms.

1. Using Plotify

Plotify provides short-drama viewing and optional rewards for eligible activities. You must be at least 13, or meet a higher minimum age required by local law. Minors must have any authorisation required by law. Reward participation and payment providers may require a higher age. Activities and payout methods must be supported and lawful in your location.

Google Sign-In authenticates your account. Provide accurate account and payout information, protect your sign-in credentials and contact us if your account is compromised. You are responsible for activity you authorise, but not for losses that applicable law makes our responsibility.

2. Content and access

We give you a limited, personal, non-commercial right to use Plotify while complying with these terms. Dramas, artwork and other content remain the property of their respective rights holders. Do not copy, redistribute, publicly perform or commercially exploit content without permission. Availability may vary by territory, device and licensing arrangements.

3. Coins and cash rewards

Eligible activities may award coins. Qualifying coins can be converted into a cash balance and withdrawn under the applicable rules shown in the app. Plotify does not offer deposits, recharge or coin purchases. Coins are promotional reward units, not legal tender, a bank deposit, investment or cryptocurrency.

Before joining an activity, review its eligibility, earning and conversion rules, limits and validity conditions. Before requesting a withdrawal, review the minimum balance, eligible regions, supported payout methods, account-verification requirements and any applicable limits, expiry conditions or disclosed charges. A displayed withdrawal tier does not mean every user qualifies for that amount. There is no promise of a fixed income, unlimited earnings or instant payment.

Rewards depend on valid participation and verification. Ad availability, task availability, location and technical conditions can affect what is offered. Watching ordinary content does not necessarily qualify for a reward unless an eligible activity says so.

We may investigate duplicate claims, automated participation, manipulated activity, technical errors or other suspected rule violations. We may hold or adjust affected rewards where reasonably justified, explain the outcome where lawful, and provide a support route to challenge errors. Validly earned rewards are handled in accordance with the applicable rules and consumer law; an investigation does not give us an unrestricted right to confiscate balances.

Payouts use a valid supported withdrawal account, such as PayPal where available, and may involve third-party processing time. You must use an eligible account you are authorised to use. You are responsible for any personal tax obligations imposed by law. Contact support if a payment is delayed, fails or appears incorrect, or to request review of a reward decision.

4. Ads and third-party services

Plotify uses AppLovin MAX for advertising mediation and may offer optional ad-based activities where available. Read the action and reward conditions before choosing an activity. Any ad-based reward must comply with the applicable advertising provider's rules. Advertisements, external links, Google Sign-In and payout services may have their own terms. Their presence does not imply endorsement of Plotify or its rewards by Google, AppLovin, PayPal or other third parties. 5. Prohibited conduct

Do not use bots, falsify activity, manipulate device or account information to obtain rewards, exploit defects, make fraudulent claims, interfere with security, infringe rights or use the service unlawfully. Reasonable accessibility tools are not prohibited merely because they assist you in using the app.

6. Changes and service availability

We may update features, content and future activity offers. Material changes will be communicated as required by law. Changes will not be applied unfairly or retroactively to deprive you of rights already accrued. Network, maintenance or provider issues may temporarily affect access.

7. Suspension and termination

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law or address a material breach. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and offer a way to contact support. You may stop using Plotify and request deletion through the in-app account-deletion option or the account deletion page. Deleting the app alone does not delete your account.

Before deletion, you may ask support about an eligible balance or pending withdrawal. Completing a withdrawal is not a prerequisite to submitting a deletion request. We will explain how any outstanding valid claim is handled and what limited records must be retained.

9. Responsibility and your rights

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted access or a particular reward outcome. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence, or removes mandatory consumer remedies. Each party remains responsible as required by applicable law.

10. Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory protections available in your country of residence. Any right you have to bring a claim in your local courts remains unaffected. Please contact us first about a problem so we can try to resolve it.
