Delete Account and Data
Last updated: 17 September 2026
Use this page to request deletion of your Plotify account and associated personal information held by PRO EXPERTS LTD. You can submit a request even if you have uninstalled the app.
Or email [email protected] with the subject Plotify account and data deletion request. The button opens your email app; it does not send the request automatically.
1. Request deletion in the app
Open Plotify and use the account-deletion option in the account or settings area. Follow the confirmation instructions. If you cannot access the app, use the email route on this page.
2. Request deletion by email
- Send your Plotify user ID, if you know it.
- Include the email address associated with your Google Sign-In account.
- Clearly request deletion of your Plotify account and associated personal data, or describe the specific data you want deleted.
Send from your account-linked email where possible. If you cannot access it, explain this in your message so we can provide another verification route. Never send passwords, verification codes, full card details or your payout-provider password.
3. Verification and response
We may ask for proportionate information to verify that the account belongs to you. We process verified requests and respond without undue delay within the period required by applicable law, normally one calendar month for UK data-rights requests. If further verification or a lawful extension is needed, we explain it. We confirm the outcome and describe any information that must be retained. You can reply to your request email to ask for status.
There is no requirement to reinstall Plotify, complete advertising tasks or reach a payout threshold to submit a deletion request.
4. What is deleted
After verification, we delete your Plotify account and delete or irreversibly anonymise associated personal data, including your profile, account-linked viewing history, preferences, activity and reward-related information that is not subject to a justified retention exception. We also request deletion by service providers acting on our behalf where applicable.
5. Data that may need to be retained
Limited payout and accounting records, fraud-investigation or security records, deletion-request records and information needed for a legal claim may be retained where a lawful reason requires it. The period depends on the applicable legal requirement, the duration of an active dispute or investigation, or the minimum period needed to document compliance.
We will explain which exception applies to your request and the relevant period or criteria. Such records are restricted to that purpose and removed or anonymised when no longer needed. Residual backup copies are removed through the backup lifecycle and are not used to restore your account. See the retention section of our Privacy Policy.
6. Balances and pending withdrawals
Account deletion ends access to your account, history and in-app balance. Review pending withdrawals before confirming permanent closure, and contact support about unresolved balances or an outstanding valid reward claim so we can explain how it will be handled. Resolving that claim is not a condition for submitting a deletion request, and deletion does not remove rights that the law protects.
7. Deleting only some data
You may use the same email address to request deletion of specific data without asking to close your account. Explain what you want removed. If a record is necessary to provide the remaining service or must be retained for a lawful reason, we will explain the impact and available options.
8. Uninstalling and third-party accounts
Uninstalling Plotify does not delete your account. Deleting your Plotify account does not delete your Google, PayPal or other independently operated third-party accounts. Those providers manage their accounts and personal information under their own policies.
