Privacy Policy

This policy explains how PRO EXPERTS LTD (“we”, “us” or “our”) handles personal information in connection with Plotify, our short-drama and rewards app, and this website. We are the controller of the personal information covered by this policy.

1. Information we process

• Account information: when you use Google Sign-In, we receive your account identifier and the profile information made available with your authorisation, such as your email address, name and profile image. We use this to authenticate and manage your Plotify account. We do not receive your Google password.
• Viewing and activity information: drama selections, viewing progress, searches, favorites, task participation, check-ins and interactions with the app.
• Rewards and payouts: coin and cash balances, reward activity, conversion and withdrawal records, payout-account details such as a PayPal email address where supported, and information needed to check eligibility, prevent fraud and resolve payout issues.
• Device and technical information: IP address, device and operating-system information, app version, language, network information, app or device identifiers, installation and session events, diagnostic events and service logs. Advertising or measurement services may process advertising identifiers, ad interactions and approximate location inferred from an IP address, depending on their configuration and your choices.
• Support and requests: information in your messages, account verification information, and records needed to handle complaints, privacy requests or account deletion.

We obtain information from you, your use of Plotify, your chosen sign-in and payout providers, and the service providers that help operate the app. Please do not send passwords, authentication codes or full payment credentials to support.

2. How and why we use information

We use account and activity information to provide short-drama viewing, maintain your account and preferences, record eligible activities, manage rewards and process withdrawal requests. Where necessary to deliver the service you request, our legal basis is performance of our contract with you.

We use technical information, transaction records and support communications to maintain reliability, investigate errors, secure the service, prevent abuse and respond to requests. Where applicable, we rely on our legitimate interests in operating a safe, dependable service, balanced against your rights.

Where the law requires consent for advertising identifiers, personalised advertising or non-essential tracking and measurement, those activities require your consent. You may withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. We also process information where necessary to comply with legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

3. Service providers and other disclosures

We disclose relevant information to providers that support hosting, content delivery, account authentication, advertising, analytics and attribution, fraud prevention, customer support and payouts, as required for their respective functions. A payment or sign-in provider may process information as an independent controller under its own privacy notice.

AppLovin MAX advertising mediation

Plotify uses AppLovin MAX. AppLovin and enabled advertising networks may collect, process and share device or advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location, device and app information, ad requests, impressions and interactions. They use this information to deliver and measure ads, prevent invalid traffic, improve advertising services and, where permitted, personalise ads. Ad-measurement partners may also process information for measurement. Some partners act as independent controllers. See the AppLovin Privacy Policy and AppLovin Partners. The general partner list does not mean every listed partner receives Plotify data.

Adjust measurement and attribution

Plotify uses Adjust for installation and campaign attribution, configured app-event measurement and fraud detection. Depending on the integration and privacy choices, processing may include device or advertising identifiers, IP address, device details, installation sources, timestamps and configured activity or conversion events. Google Sign-In and payout providers

Google Sign-In authenticates your Plotify account. Google processes information under the Google Privacy Policy. Payout providers process account and transaction information under their own notices; where PayPal is available, see the PayPal Privacy Statement.

Advertising providers may process identifiers and ad interactions for delivery, measurement, security and, where permitted, personalisation. Available consent controls and your Android advertising settings may limit some of this processing. Disabling personalised advertising does not necessarily remove ads or essential processing.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect legal rights or safety, or as part of a lawful business transfer with appropriate safeguards and notice. We do not publish your payout-account details to other users.

4. International processing

Service providers may process information outside your country, including outside the United Kingdom. Where applicable law restricts an international transfer, we must use an appropriate lawful transfer mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or approved contractual safeguards. Contact us for information about the safeguards applicable to your information.

5. Retention and deletion

We retain account and viewing information while it is needed to provide your account and services. On a verified account-deletion request, we delete your Plotify account and delete or irreversibly anonymise associated personal information unless a specific lawful reason requires us to keep a limited record.

Reward and payout records may need to be kept for applicable accounting, tax, dispute or fraud-prevention purposes. Security and support records are kept only while necessary to investigate an issue, resolve a request or meet a legal requirement. Retention is determined by the purpose of the record, applicable legal periods, outstanding disputes and the need to protect users and the service, not by an unlimited entitlement to keep data.

When a retention exception applies, we explain the affected data, the reason and the applicable period or criteria. Retained information must be restricted to that purpose and deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed. Backup copies are removed through the applicable backup lifecycle and are not used to reactivate a deleted account.

6. Your rights and choices

Depending on the law that applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a portable copy of your information. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on it. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and to the use of your information for direct marketing. Contact us using the details below.

We may request proportionate information to confirm account ownership. We respond without undue delay and within the applicable legal period, normally one calendar month for UK data-rights requests. If a lawful extension applies, we will explain it and the reason. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or to your local supervisory authority.

If an automated security check affects your reward or withdrawal request, contact support to ask for an explanation and review. Your statutory rights concerning automated decision-making remain unaffected.

7. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss and misuse. No system is completely secure. Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

8. Children

Plotify is not directed to children under 13, or under a higher minimum age required by local law. If you do not meet the applicable minimum age, do not use the service. Reward participation and payment providers may have additional age requirements. Contact us if you believe a child's data has been collected contrary to this policy.

9. This website

This website does not embed advertising or analytics scripts, tracking pixels or third-party fonts. Our hosting service may process IP addresses and technical request logs to deliver and secure the pages. Email links open your email application; messages are handled by the relevant email services. External websites have their own privacy practices.

10. Policy changes

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the service or legal requirements. The updated date appears above. Material changes will be communicated in a manner appropriate to their significance and applicable law.
